Upon confirmation of your reservation, a confirmation email containing all booking details, including your check-in and check-out dates, will be sent to you.

When checking in, guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. International travelers need a passport, while Nepali guests can use their citizenship card or national ID. The booking confirmation is also required.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on room availability on the day of your stay.
