How can I make a reservation?

How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a confirmation email containing all booking details, including your check-in and check-out dates, will be sent to you.
Which payment methods does the hotel accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods to accommodate your preference. For in-person payments, we welcome all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as cash. For a quick and secure transaction, we also support contactless payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets.
For guests who have booked online, we use secure online payment gateways. If you are arranging a large group booking or corporate stay, a bank transfer can also be arranged.

What documents do I need at check-in?
When checking in, guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. International travelers need a passport, while Nepali guests can use their citizenship card or national ID. The booking confirmation is also required.
